About the Role: 

AS Software is seeking a proven Account Executive with demonstrated success in selling clinical software, image management, and structured reporting solutions. This individual will be a direct employee of our field-based sales team and work from their home office. 

To be successful in our organization, you must possess a high-energy drive, strong self-discipline, and be consistently focused on rapidly building, developing, and delivering the expected year-over-year sales growth within the assigned territory.  

To be seriously considered for this position, the Account Executive will have to demonstrate prior sales achievement as a leader in their company and proven experience in conducting high-level C-Suite business specific to medical software solutions.   

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive daily prospecting activities and identify opportunities to sell AS Software ultrasound reporting solutions strategically.
  • Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Conducts customer needs analysis with new prospects to identify client-centric product solutions.
  • Understands clinical workflows in different settings of care (large national networks, IDNs, healthcare enterprises, health systems, independent provider practices), and designs solutions to meet those unique workflow needs.
  • Responsible for achieving a monthly and annual sales quota.
  • Develops and executes sales strategy for new logo deals.
  • Designs, develops, and delivers sales proposals, demos, and presentations for each customer’s unique use case(s) and needs.
  • Self-generates leads by contacting prospective clients by telephone, cold call premise visits, networking, and industry events.
  • Qualifies new leads through intelligent discovery and customer evaluation assessments.
  • Creates ROI presentations to support sales process.
  • Maintains all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information.
  • Works in conjunction with other business services, product, tech, as well as marketing to coordinate and execute on sales strategies.
  • Attends all sales meetings and training sessions as required by management.
  • Travel to customer sites to coordinate presentations, conduct demonstrations and facilitate site visits.  
  • Represent the organization at trade shows  
  • Manage time and resources effectively to meet territory sales objectives.  
  • Maintain industry and product knowledge and inform the company of changing market conditions and competitive issues.  
  • Drive opportunities by influencing key decision-makers and successfully negotiating the close.  

 

Requirements: 

  • Working knowledge of healthcare enterprise Saas sales industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training, education, and experience
  • Working knowledge of healthcare enterprise Saas sales industry
  • Knowledge of current healthcare information systems technology and industry trends
  • Minimum 5 years experience as an individual contributor in healthcare Saas sales roles
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, within your assigned territory and to nationwide tradeshows
  • Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Networking and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated and verifiable experience consistently exceeding quotas.  
  • Expertise in creating sales strategies to match operating strategies for hospitals  
  • Proficient in strategic sales account planning skills  
  • Ability to demonstrate consistent closing techniques throughout the sales cycle
